Therapy Trick
After the chaos in the courtroom, EJ gets blasted by Belle Black (Martha Madison). The man knew she would be mad, but probably didn’t think it would end this badly. Not only that, but he was given a fierce warning by the judge when the mistrial motion was denied.
Not only that, but EJ just had to make Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) do it while testifying on the stand.
It seems that EJ seeks out Marlena for a counseling session. However, the very next day, the attorney personally serves Doc with a subpoena!
Later, EJ opens up to Gwen Rizczech von Leuschner (Emily O’Brien). Elsewhere, Johnny and Belle and Johnny discuss how hard the trial has been.
In Friday’s episode, Paulina Price (Jackee Harry) confides her fears to Belle. Over in a hotel room, Leo meets his juror roommate.
A Wife’s Sacrifice
Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of August 11 reveal that Chanel offers to take the fall for EJ’s shooting.
However, she’s not guilty and that is way too much for her to sacrifice, even if it is for someone she loves. I can’t see Johnny allowing her to do that.
Meanwhile, Belle learns about Marlena’s theory. By Friday, Johnny begs EJ to go easy on Chanel.
Sick Love Connection
Next week, Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) starts off by taking care of an ill Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord).
However, later in the week, Cat has to take care of Chad! It’s easy to predict that there will be some more bonding between these two Salemites.

Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) has a talking to with Xander Cook Kiriakis (Paul Telfer). Later, Xander is forced to defend himself to Sarah Horton Kiriakis (Linsey Godfrey). After that is done, the good doctor issues an apology to Brady Black (Eric Martsolf).
Speaking of Brady, he and Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) worry about their little girl. As the week progresses, the little girl throws a massive fit.
Amy Choi (Shi Ne Nielson) connects with Sophia. Later, the teenager confides in Ari. Tate is family to Ari, so that will be an impossible secret to keep.
Meanwhile, Belle gives advice to Tate and Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis). Later, Sophia tries to console Tate.
