Clarkson’s Farm Season 3: Jeremy Clarkson faces toughest hurdles yet as dreams dashed
The highly anticipated third series of Clarkson’s Farm will drop on Amazon Prime later this year, with Jeremy Clarkson and Kaleb Cooper returning.
The long-awaited third season of Clarkson’s Farm will land on Amazon Prime later this year, with presenter Jeremy Clarkson facing his toughest challenges yet from severe hot weather to crops failing.
The hit series centres around Jeremy getting to grips with his Diddly Squat Farm in Chipping Norton, with farmers such as Kaleb Cooper, Charlie Ireland and Gerald Cooper all now household names.
However, the third season promises to showcase plenty of “trials and tribulations” in the unexpected world of British farming, such as crop failure, severe inflation and Jeremy’s hopes for his beloved restaurant being dashed. The star has previously opened up about how his “nimby” neighbours supposedly squashed his “restaurant dreams”, as their local council threw out his plans.
On top of this, his Diddy Squat farm shop is also facing closure. The famous farm has temporarily shut its shop doors until March but customers can still shop online.
Due to the popularity of the series, residents living close to the Cotswolds farm have claimed visitors are posing a significant danger to local schoolchildren. People travel from all over the country to visit the farm shop after it first opened in 2020.
One neighbour who lives directly opposite said: “I and at least ten others drive past four times a day to take our children to and from Chadlington School.
“I have absolutely no objection to Mr Clarkson’s farm, farm shop or restaurant and wish him all the luck with it. The problem I and many others have is the parking.
“Many times, we’ve not been able to get to and from the school where visitors to Diddly Squat have parked both sides of the verges, not allowing space for cars to drive past and certainly no space should an emergency vehicle need to get through, posing a significant risk to residents of Chadlington.”
Recently, Jeremy confessed that he was in “trouble again” with lawyers after advertising his new lager brand for Dry January. The former Top Gear host is the owner of Hawkstone Lager, a beer and cider brand brewed in Gloucestershire.
In an Instagram video, a person behind the camera asks: “Jeremy, where are we?” to which he replies: “I’ll tell you. I’m in a lot of bother, because I recently described Hawkstone’s brand new ultra-low lager as the healthy alternative.
“But I’ve been told by the lawyers, you can’t actually say that. I don’t know why, because compared to heroin it’s much healthier.” Jeremy then takes a sip of his lager and gasps: “F*** me that’s relaxing.”
