Michael Imperioli is known for his role as Christopher Moltisanti in the mafia drama “The Sopranos”, while in his latest photo, he shows that he looks far from the gangster character he played in the series.
The 56-year-old is almost unrecognizable as he poses on Instagram wearing a T-shirt of his indie-rock band, “Zopa”.
The actor responded to his followers on the social network, explaining that the proceeds from the sale of the T-shirt will go to help the people of Ukraine “in these terrible and tragic days” and remembering everyone who bought a copy of the T-shirt.
Michael became a household name thanks to his iconic role in the series “The Sopranos”, where he played from 1999 to 2007, alongside James Gandolfini, Tony Siric and Robert Ller.
He has had a very diverse career and has appeared in a number of productions starting with the films “Goodfellas”, “Shark Tale” and “Bad Boys”.
But he will certainly be best remembered for his role as the charming but monstrous Christopher in The Sopranos, who Tony took in when his father, Dickie, was murdered.
Imperioli is also pursuing a music career as the guitarist and vocalist of the group “Zopa”, who released their debut album, “La Dolce Vita” in 2020 with the song “Red Sky” as their first musical achievement.
