Chicago Med Stars and Their Kids: See Who Recently Became a Parent! md06

The Chicago Med cast knows how to bring the drama, but off-screen, many of the show’s stars have happily settled down and are raising young kids of their own.

The medical drama series, which belongs to NBC’s One Chicago universe, premiered in 2015 and is currently in season 11. Since its inception, the show has explored several jaw-dropping storylines regarding the staff at Gaffney Chicago Medical Center.

At the end of season 8, series regulars Torrey DeVitto (Dr. Natalie Manning), Yaya DaCosta (nurse April Sexton) and Brian Tee (Dr. Ethan Choi) exited the show.

Nick Gehlfuss, who portrays Dr. Will Halstead, is back in the fold after a brief hiatus — during which he welcomed his second child. However, he isn’t the only busy working parent on set. Luke Mitchell became a first-time dad earlier this year as well.

Here’s everything to know about the kids of the Chicago Med cast.
