As we get ready to scrub in for more Chicago Med, TVLine is administering a dose of intel on Season 11, which was ordered back in May ahead of the Season 10 finale. (Chicago Fire and Chicago P.D. were also picked up for Seasons 14 and 13, respectively.)
As you’ll recall, Season 10 ended on a major cliffhanger: After Hannah found out she was pregnant, viewers were left wondering who the father of her baby might be after what showrunner Allen MacDonald called a “Silence of the Lambs bait-and-switch” in the finale.
We found Hannah knocking on a door — which we assumed was Ripley’s, the presumed father of her child — but it actually turned out to be Dean Archer’s. “We need to talk,” she said solemnly — implying that Dean might be the father of this baby. (Gasp!)
