Chicago Fire Season 13: When Will Premiere Details Be Available
It’s great to know that the Chicago Fire season 13 premiere is only a month and a half away from airing on NBC? That means that before too long, there’s a good chance that some more material will start to come out in preparation for the wedding
Now, we’ve expressed hope that we’ll see more footage before the end of the month… but what about the recap? Is that coming soon?
Well, we think you’ll have to wait a little longer to get some official details on what’s coming up. As for timing, we’re currently assuming that, with any luck, some hints will start to come out in the first week of September. Chicago Fire recaps aren’t known for being particularly long, and unfortunately, we don’t think that’s going to change.
As for what we think will be part of the first episode back, one of the top stories has to be the aftermath of the big reveal about Kelly Severide—Jack Damon is his half-brother! How will that inform the story going forward? That’s something we’re incredibly curious to learn more about right now. Likewise for how Firehouse 51 will undergo some pretty significant changes after what we saw at the end of season 12 with Boden’s departure. We don’t tend to think that any new boss type will operate in exactly the same way. There will definitely be changes, and the big question is what a lot of those changes will look like. For now, we just hope the series is as entertaining as we remember.
