The Hell’s Kitchen star gushed over the swimmer
The 24-year-old went public with the Team GB ace on Instagram in June 2023.
They first met when Holly’s younger sister Tilly was competing alongside Adam on Strictly Come Dancing in 2021.
The pair could be set to tie the knot shortly after dad Gordon revealed he views Adam as the “perfect” son-in-law, reports OK! Magazine.
Their source claimed: “Gordon really approves of Adam, he’s definitely got the Ramsay seal of approval!
“Gordon is actually a former footballer himself, he’s good friends with the Beckhams, and he really appreciates all the sacrifices and training that a top sportsman like Adam puts into his career.”
They added: “He really likes Adam, how he treats Holly and is ready to give his blessing if he proposes to his daughter, which is seeming very likely. He would love the Olympian to be part of the family.
“These two are a perfect match. Holly herself is really happy, she’s fallen hard and she knows her dad thinks Adam will make the perfect son-in-law.
“He’s cool, he’s strict with his regime which Gordon admires, and he’s a good all-around guy – a perfect match for his daughter. Gordon and Adam have a great bond, too – they respect each other but they also have a lot of banter.”
Adam suffered a huge blow at the Olympics as he tested positive for Covid.
The 29-year-old had the positive test on Monday, a day after winning silver in the 100m breaststroke at Paris 2024.
Holly has travelled to Paris to reunite with her boyfriend as she shared a glimpse into her trip.
The 2023 season saw Adam take a break from swimming to prioritise his mental health after admitting he’d been suffering from depression and alcoholism.
In July 2024 interview, Adam paid tribute to the Ramsay family’s part in his return to the pool, saying: “Gordon just inspires me to be successful.
“Holly is obviously part of the core team every single day. She is on this journey with me.”
Adam announced in August 2022 that he and Eiri Munroe, 24 — who share a young son — had gone their separate ways.
Holly is signed to EST Models and has 329,000 followers on Instagram.
She has her own podcast called 21 & Over where she talks candidly about her life and struggles with depression.
The chef’s daughter previously held a part-time job at clothes store Brandy Melville.
