*Season 3 spoilers ahead!* Dear readers — after more than two (!) years, fans of the regency romance drama Bridgerton can finally get their act together and watch new episodes of its long-awaited third season when season one officially debuts on Netflix.

The Shonda Rhimes-created show has had fans eagerly awaiting its latest installment, which focuses on friends-turned-lovers Colin Bridgerton (Luke Newton) and neighbor and friend Penelope Featherington (Nicola Coughlan). As viewers know, we’ve watched Penelope struggle with unrequited feelings for the third-oldest Bridgerton boy over the past two seasons. And now their moment has finally come.

But if there’s anything we know about Bridgerton fans, it’s that excitement for the first few episodes of season 3 will quickly be replaced by questions about season two—after all, season one only has four episodes, which is easy for long-time viewers to digest. So when can Lady Whistledown fans expect season two?

Deadline announced in early April that season two, also consisting of four episodes, will premiere on June 13. That means fans will have to wait less than a month to see the aftermath of Colin and Penelope’s steamy carriage scene after finally confessing their feelings to each other.

Want to kill some time until then? You can always read the full story and their novel that inspired this season, Romancing Mister Bridgerton: Penelope and Colin’s Story (Bridgertons Book 4). You can also rewatch seasons 1 and 2, both of which are eight episodes long, or you can join in on all the online speculation wondering which Bridgerton sibling love story will be at the center of the upcoming season 4, but that’s a long way off!
