In season 2, he’s at the courthouse for a hearing when he and the others are told to shelter in the basement, and he tries to get away. He also hurts Wesley Evers (Shawn Ashmore), a terrible choice that makes it impossible for Wesley’s wife Angela Lopez (Alyssa Diaz) to like him.

Oscar Hutchinson Is A Unique The Rookie Villain

Similar to Seth Ridley (Patrick Keleher), who came back in a recent episode, Oscar Hutchinson inspires some strong feelings. Since Oscar assists the LAPD officers sometimes, it’s easy to forget that he has hurt people. His scenes are infused with humor since Nolan can’t stand him and knows he’s up to no good, but he can’t deny that, at times, Oscar has helped crack some cases.
