Big Bang Theory’ Star Makes Exciting ‘FBI’ Debut in Season 7 Finale Images!

As the season finale of FBI Season 7 draws closer, CBS is closing out the season with a bang. In an exclusive first look at the season finale, The Big Bang Theory’s Kevin Sussman is trading the quirky quips of comedy sitcoms for the thrill of federal investigations. Best known for his role as Stuart Bloom on the long-running CBS sitcom created by Chuck Lorre, Sussman steps into far more serious territory in what promises to be a tense close to the season.

The finale, titled “A New Day,” airs next Tuesday, May 20, and sees the team racing against time to prevent a deadly terrorist on home soil. The promo that aired after the penultimate episode of the season offers more information with a clip showing that there’s an imminent attack planned at 26 Fed, and there are operatives inside the FBI. Jubal (Jeremy Sisto) is involved in some sort of incident at a convenience store, and he shoves someone wearing an FBI jacket through the glass door?! The log line reads:

Sussman guest stars as FBI Agent Kevin Saxton — a whistleblower alerting Assistant Special Agent in Charge Jubal Valentine to an imminent attack targeting the FBI headquarters in New York City. The narrative intensifies as Jubal narrowly survives a calculated assault on a covert FBI office. Subsequent investigations reveal that an anti-government group has infiltrated the FBI, compelling the team to operate discreetly to identify and neutralize the internal threat. Series star Zeeko Zaki, who plays Special Agent Omar Adom “OA” Zidan, recently revealed that the show has some new writers, and they might be trying new things to keep it entertaining. “We’re kind of calling it our little Fast and Furious episode where we have to find a new location, a new place, and kind of work off the grid and solve a crime,” he said when previewing the season finale.

He recently recurred as Walter Pine in the AppleTV+ historical drama miniseries Lessons in Chemistry, which starred Brie LarsonLewis Pullman, and Aja Naomi King in the main roles.
