After Everything, a highly anticipated film of 2023, is inching closer to its OTT release date on Netflix and fans can’t keep calm. The romantic drama film, based on Anna Todd’s novel series, stars Hero Fiennes Tiffin and Josephine Langford in lead roles as they reprise their characters Hardin Scott and Tessa Young in the upcoming final part called After 5 or After Everything. After

The first part of this epic tale of romance and breakup was released in 2019 and marks the story of a mysterious personality, who is a flirtatious college senior called Hardin Scott, and an innocent freshman named Tessa Young, who inevitably falls for him. One of the highlighted scenes is the climax, when Hardin and Tessa brutally break up over the exposed lies and secrets.

After We Collided

The story revolves around Tessa as she navigates her career at an established book publishing house called Vance Publishing. She ponders her move to Seattle for a new career venture, along with Trevor and Kimberly. After We Collided is a tale of jealousy, personal crisis, and confrontation between the pairs as they nearly end up happily in the movie climax before spiralling into a family twist.

After We Fell

Hardin and Tessa’s rocky relationship dangles on the test of patience and trust as the lead pair grapples to face their relationship issues. Tessa is finally moving out and embarking on a new life, while Hardin’s dream of a London life shatters, throwing him off the edge. The movie delves deeper into heavy themes like anger issues and alcoholism. It is also one of the most entertaining installments, with a major paternity twist that shakes up Hardin’s world and he falls into an identity crisis with Tessa by his side.

The plot revolves around Hardin’s growing anger after he discovers his mother’s infidelity and his family’s dark secrets. The fourth installment is mainly set in New York City, where Tessa is starting over, while Hardin deals with his anger and alcohol issues through therapy. They rekindle romance on a rainy night before spiralling into a tragic fight. Their toxic relationship finally comes to an end after Tessa calls off their every connection after the book manuscript that documented their relationship throughout the years.
