What’s On Carter’s Mind?
At the end of Wednesday’s episode of B&B, Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) had an interesting look on his face when he hugged Hope (Annika Noelle). She confessed that she loved him and wanted to be with him. Carter was convinced that she wanted Liam (Scott Clifton). After all, he overheard her telling Liam that she wanted to spend as much time with him as possible.
Hope blabbed Liam’s secret. She told Carter that her ex-husband was dying, which is why she told him those things. However, it sure sounded like Hope wanted Liam back. We were even convinced. Hope told Liam that she still loved him and regretted the pain she caused him. It also has us wondering what’s going on with Hope’s fickle heart.
But she remained adamant that she wanted Carter. Let’s think back on the look he had on his face. Was he confused by what Hope just said? Or was he feeling guilty? This could suggest that Carter’s keeping a big secret from Hope… One that could involve some French relations.
Dirty Little Secret
The night before, Daphne (Murielle Hilaire) followed Carter back to his loft because she wanted to make him happy. Carter’s mind was 1,000 miles away. He couldn’t stop thinking about Hope and what she said to Liam. We didn’t see what happened after that moment. Did Carter tell Daphne to go home? Or did something happen?It’s possible that Daphne and Carter hooked up, and they’re holding onto this shocking secret. This could be the twist that blows up Carter and Hope’s happy reunion. The spoilers tease that Daphne is heading back to Paris. Imagine if she returns to Los Angeles nine months later with a baby in tow? We have a feeling that Daphne’s not done with Carter just yet. She will continue to disrupt their lives.
