Alison Sweeney (Sami) may have just reprised her iconic Days of Our Lives role briefly last week. We already know she’s got more Salem comebacks scheduled, which the actress briefly teased that in a TVLine interview.
Reflecting on her latest stint on the show, she recalled:
Yeah, yeah, it was actually on [Aug. 4], and I have a few more episodes in this return, and another return coming up in a couple of months. It’s always fun to go back to that show. I love playing Sami. I love my family there — the cast and crew — so it is like going home.
After missing the funeral of her stepfather John (Drake Hogestyn), Sami was finally able to come home on the Aug. 4 episode. She got a chance to grieve with her family, especially her mother, Marlena (Deidre Hall).
