Filming for Virgin River Season 7 is currently underway, and lead actress Alexandra Breckenridge has offered fans a glimpse into when the new season might arrive on Netflix.

“It feels like I’m on day 857 of filming Season 7.”

“We’re getting really close to the end. Can you believe it? I’m still wrapping my head around it. I keep asking myself whether Netflix might release the season this year. What do you think? It’s possible, right? If the season is ready, they might go ahead and release it in 2025.”
Breckenridge made it clear that she doesn’t have any confirmed details:
“Honestly, I don’t have any official information. I’m usually the last one to find out.”
While Netflix has yet to confirm a premiere date, Breckenridge’s comments suggest that a 2025 release is on the table—bringing hope to fans who are eager to return to the drama-filled town of Virgin River sooner rather than later.
