The Bachelor franchise has a few go-to dates: helicopter rides, hot tubs in random places, and low-budget proms. This week on The Bachelor, Grant Ellis will treat his ladies to the latter — and he’s bringing along four studs from The Golden Bachelorette as his co-hosts.
Entertainment Weekly has an exclusive preview of tonight’s episode, in which our Bachelor attends his first-ever prom at the age of 30. Sure, producers just hung a disco ball in the mansion’s back patio, but that counts! And to be fair, Golden bachelors Jack, Keith, Jonathan, and Gary are ready to bring the fun. “I think it’s time to party!” announces Jack, the cannonball-loving 68-year-old from Chicago.
With that, everybody heads out back to dance, play games, and pose for Polaroids. Everything’s going great, but then Grant says the magic (cursed?) words: “I feel like tonight’s going to be drama-free.” Dang it, buddy! Don’t you know that’s like saying, “I’ll be right back” in a horror movie? Watch the full clip above.
Yep, it seems that Carolina, the 28-year-old public relations producer from Puerto Rico, is not having a good time. “I just don’t like this feeling,” she grumbles. “I’m just questioning a lot of things. Maybe I don’t mean anything to this guy.” Uh-oh, sounds like someone just realized she’s on a dating show with 13 other women!
