The Golden Bachelor’s Theresa Nist made a downcast appearance as she left work following reports that she’s still living states away from her husband Gerry Turner.

The honeymoon period might be over for The Golden Bachelor star Theresa Nist.
The Bachelor winner was seen leaving her New Jersey office after a long Monday at work seemingly quite downcast as she made her way to her car.
The 70-year-old, who works as a compliance officer at a financial firm in Shrewsbury, stepped out in a beige jacket over a black sweater and a pair of professional plaid slacks.
She paired the look with some statement black heels, a simple gold chain and a Trader Joe’s tote bag as she clutched her phone and car keys in a perfectly manicured hand.
Her silver wedding band was still visible on her finger after it was revealed that she and Gerry Turner are still living apart after three months of marriage.
Fans took the news as a sign of early turbulence in their blossoming romance but the pair have recently clarified that their long-distance relationship is not due to a conflict but rather logistics.
Speaking on the Dear Shandy podcast last month, the couple lifted the lid on their relationship after tying the knot in January during a live streamed ceremony on ABC.
Gerry revealed the biggest misconception viewers have about their post-Golden Bachelor life is that “we’re together all the time”.
He explained: “People believe we left January 4th and rode off to some house that magically appeared halfway between Shrewsbury and Hudson, Indiana and we’re living there everyday.”
The happily married couple explained that they are making long distance work while looking for a home to live out their golden years together, preferably within reach of Theresa’s work in New Jersey and Gerry’s tight-knit family in Indiana.
As a result, the retiree has reportedly been spending a lot of time at his lake house in Northern Indiana to be closer to his bride.
According to the Daily Mail, Charleston, South Carolina is currently the frontrunner for the pair but Gerry admitted to Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuellos on their talk show that he had fallen in love with New Jersey during their house hunt.
Elsewhere on the podcast, Theresa eagerly admitted that she has started getting aches in her cheeks because “we have to smile all the time” when they are stopped by fans, although Gerry quickly noted that they “genuinely love” interacting with viewers.
