Sandra Mason, a beloved alum from The Golden Bachelor, had an unforgettable time meeting Gary Levingston at the finale of The Golden Bachelorette. She shared her joy in an Instagram post, expressing how wonderful it was to support her friend Joan Vassos, who got engaged to Chock Chapple during the emotional finale.
“What a great show!!!! I’m so happy for my sweet friend Joan and her handsome beau Chock Chapple ❤️ They were positively GLOWING 💍🌹,” Sandra wrote alongside a picture of herself with Gary at the After the Final Rose taping. “It was truly a gift to witness so many amazing moments this season and expand my already wonderful circle of Golden friends. We are ALL having the time of our lives! Thank you @thegoldenbacheloretteabc for bringing us all together and letting us SHINE!! 🌟❤️🌟.”
Sandra’s post quickly attracted attention from Bachelor Nation fans, who were eager to see a possible romance between her and Gary. Many even playfully suggested they would make a cute couple. However, Sandra clarified that while she enjoyed meeting him, the interaction was brief. She responded to one fan, saying, “I really enjoyed the few minutes we had together, but he was bombarded by folks, so I didn’t get much time with him. Sigh.”
She described Gary as a “nice gentleman” and expressed hope for getting to know him better in the future. Some fans suggested that Joan, who had already set up three couples from the Golden Bachelor franchise, might help arrange a date for Sandra and Gary.
A few days later, Sandra shared another photo of herself with Gary, humorously asking her followers if they knew his name, playfully guessing “George? Gene? Gregory??” before revealing it was “GARY!”
One fan jokingly suggested that Gary’s name should be “your man,” which Sandra thought was a brilliant idea. Sandra, who was eliminated by Gerry Turner in week five of The Golden Bachelor, also shared how much she valued the relationships she formed during her time on the show. As for Gary, he was one of Joan’s suitors on The Golden Bachelorette but left the show in week four.
