Cuoco and Pelphrey’s love story began when their manager, Andrea Pett-Joseph, set them up, leading to their first meeting at the premiere of Ozark in April 2022. The couple’s bond quickly blossomed, and they welcomed their daughter in March 2023 before announcing their engagement in August.
In a recent appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Cuoco shared her experience as a first-time mom, humorously comparing it to “taking care of your drunk best friend every day.” She described the whirlwind of motherhood, noting that Matilda can be unpredictable and full of energy: “All day, literally all day. They’re crying when they don’t get what they want, you’re making sure they make it to the bathroom or you’re cleaning their throw up from whatever. They’re out of their minds and you’re making sure they don’t die all day long. And then they black out and you’re like ready to die and they wake up and they’re like, ‘What’s for breakfast?’”
