Virgin River timeline baffles fans as they call for couples to break up
Virgin River fans have been left scratching their heads after realising the show’s first five seasons have all taken place in less than a year
Fans of the Netflix series Virgin River have been left puzzled after realising that the events of the first five seasons have apparently unfolded within just one year. The show, which began in 2019, follows Mel Monroe who moves to the quaint town and quickly becomes romantically involved with ex-Marine Jack Sheridan .
In season five, a forest fire threatened the town, but was averted thanks to the quick thinking of mayor Hope McCrea . They wrote: “All this?!” and continued: “I’m finishing up season 5 and I’m just figuring out that all this is happening in a year?! ” They added: “Ppl get stabbed, fire etc…. this is the prettiest town but a literal black hole of bad luck…”
Despite the affection for the series, numerous fans have confessed that the show’s fast pace occasionally gives them whiplash.
