SEAL Team Season 7 Episode 10 Preview: The Series Finale As we prepare to watch
SEAL Team season 7 episode 10 next week, we’re heading straight into the belly of the beast.
Chances are, a lot of you know that this is the series finale. That’s a tough thing to accept and digest, even if we’ve had a good time at this point preparing for it. We’ve known for a while that a show like this can only last for a certain amount of time; moreover, it really should only last for a certain amount of time. These are really hard jobs to sustain for decades, and the longer it gets to this point, the more unrecognizable it becomes from what it was in the early years.
So what will be the focus of this final SEAL Team? By the end of episode 9, it’s pretty clear that Jason is going it alone, and in many ways, now separated from his team. This is where he’s willing to put everything on the line, and he might die for it. There’s a sense of “last ride” in the air, and that’s going to amp up the tension for everyone.
While there’s almost certainly going to be a lot of action in the series finale, let’s not overlook the fact that we could see some other elements here as well. We’re really hoping that we get some moments where the characters go home and start planning more for their futures. Perhaps more than most shows, we’d like to see a little time jump to where they are in the future, perhaps continuing to make the world a better place — even if it’s in a slightly different form.
