Jensen Ackles’ Epic Return: What to Expect in His Highly Anticipated Tracker Episode

CBS has released a description for the October 20 episode of Tracker, which will see Jensen Ackles (Supernatural, The Boys) return as Colter Shaw’s brother Russell. The episode is titled “Ontological Shock” and the description can be found below. We will update this post as photos become available. When Colter goes missing while searching for his missing father, Reenie enlists her brother, Russell (Jensen Ackles), to help in the CBS original series TRACKER, Sunday, October 20 (8:30-9:30 p.m., ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network and streaming on Paramount+*.

Justin Hartley returns in TRACKER as Colter Shaw, a relatable lone survivor who, driven by his troubled past, uses his instincts to find missing people and collect rewards. Aided by attorney Reenie Green (Fiona Rene), his business manager Velma Bruin (Abby McEnany), and tech guru Bobby Exley (Eric Graise), Colter will stop at nothing to get the job done.

The second season will premiere on Sunday, October 13 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) before moving to its regular time slot beginning Sunday, November 3 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network and streaming on Paramount+ (live and on-demand for Paramount+ with SHOWTIME subscribers or on-demand for Paramount+ Essential subscribers the day after the episode airs).
