The Mississippi chef became bitter towards his fellow contestant. What Else Happened on ‘Hell’s Kitchen’
On Thursday’s episode of “Hell’s Kitchen,” Foxworth Chef Raneisha Conerly and the remaining 13 chefs will tackle some “Combination Confusion.”
“I have no words,” Conerly said. “Just gratitude.”
However, Conerly’s on-camera persona is filled with rants, including some angry outbursts in the first few minutes of episode 5 towards Chef Jason Hedin, one of two chefs nominated for elimination in episode 4. Host Chef Gordon Ramsay sent Chef Butt Mattias home.
The chefs in episode 6 must prepare soccer-themed dishes for Ramsay and guest judges Chef Tony Messina and legendary soccer player Alexi Lalas, who played for the U.S. men’s team at World Cup 1994.
Fusion cuisine combines ingredients and cooking techniques from different countries to create a new dish.
Last week, Conerly was one of the chefs considered for elimination by her teammates, but in the end, newly nominated Sandra Gajovsky and Melissa Irons went ahead of Ramsay and faced the music. Irons was the last chef sent packing.
Red team
Conerly remains on the Red Team along with Sandra Gajovsky, Carmen Ibarra, Atoye Johnson, Leigh Orleans, Sammi Tarantino and Donya Taylor. Eliminated: Claudia Diawara, episode 3; Melissa Irons, episode 5.
Blue team
The Blue Team includes Johnathan Benvenuti, Brad Delgado, Jason Hedin, Dahmere Merriweather, Devon Rosenblatt, Ryan O’Sullivan and Jermaine Wright. Eliminated: Tad Walters, episode 2; Mattias Butts, volume 4.
