“Yellowstone” is wrapping up production on its final season, but Texas fans still have a chance to be background actors — including in a concert scene with an award-winning country music star.
On Tuesday, Sept. 3, the show needs extras in Fort Worth for a Lainey Wilson concert scene. Wilson, a Grammy-winning singer-songwriter, starred as musician Abby on the fifth season of “Yellowstone.”
The casting call is open to men and women of all ethnicities. Applicants must be 18 years or older and available all day. The rate is $110 for 10 hours of work, with a morning call time and potential for overtime.
To apply, email [email protected] with “DFW” and either “Lainey Concert – age 18-39” or “Lainey Concert – age 40+” in the subject line. Include the following information:
- Two current individual photos
- Full name
- Age
- Height and weight
- Shirt, pant and shoe size
- Cellphone number and email address
- Current city and state
- Vehicle year, make, model and color
Extras don’t have to be from Texas to apply, but no travel assistance is available for out-of-state actors.
The production also needs bar patrons and waitstaff extras in Amarillo on Sunday, Aug. 18. The rate is $110 for 10 hours of work, with a morning call time.
The show is booking bar patrons aged 35 to 65 and experienced servers aged 21 to 45. Email [email protected] with either “Upscale bar patrons” or “Wait staff” in the subject line. Include the information listed above and add any serving experience, if applicable.
Background roles in Texas will continue to be announced on the Yellowstone Extras Casting Facebook page. One of the show’s prequel series, “1923,” is also currently filming in the Lone Star State, with extra opportunities posted to the Legacy Casting Facebook page.
