Queen Charlotte gave fans many more relationships to obsess over, including the Bridgerton franchise’s only same-sex relationship, so it’s only natural that fans are equally as invested in the offscreen love lives of the cast.
The actors all have such an amazing relationships with each other which translates to incredible on screen chemistry, meaning it can be hard to imagine them ever dating anyone else. But a lot of the cast is actually spoken for, including Corey – thought and prayers for those who didn’t already know. Here’s a deep dive into the real life love lives of the Queen Charlotte cast:
India Armateifio
Relationship status: Single
21-year-old India, who played the shows lead, currently appears to be single. There have been no reports of her dating anyone and no hints on her social media either. Instead, her Instagram is full of photos of her living her best life with her friends.
Corey Mylchreest
Relationship status: In a relationship
Corey has confirmed he has a girlfriend but has not shared her name or any photos of her on his social media. In an interview, he revealed that he was at his girlfriend’s house when he found out he got the role of King George so she was the first person he told. The couple then proceeded to binge watch Bridgerton together.
Sam Clemmett
Relation status: Married
Sam Clemmett plays Brimsley in Queen Charlotte and is one half of the Bridgerton franchise’s only same sex relationship. In real life, Sam has been married to hairstylist Danarose Clemmett since 2022 where they wed dressed as zombies. The pair split their time between London and New York and in the past year bought their first house together.
Freddie Dennis
Relationship status: Unclear
Unlike his on screen lover, Freddie’s exact current relationship status is unclear but he does appear to be single. He was in a long term relationship with director and videographer Laura however Freddie hasn’t shared a photo of her on his Instagram since 2019 and she hasn’t posted one of him since 2021 so it appears the two may have broken up.
Arsema Thomas
Relationship status: Single
Arsema Thomas plays the icon that is young Lady Danbury in Queen Charlotte. Whilst Arsema has never publicly discussed their dating history, it appears they are single. Arsema identitifes as queer and has spoken of the special bond she shares with their Queen Charlotte co-star Golda Rosheuvel.
In an interview with DigitalSpy, they said: “We discussed so much about specifically being queer women in spaces, and in not African spaces, but in culturally Black spaces that can sometimes not always accept that and what it means to understand and be fully accepting of our identities. And it was beautiful.”
Adjoa Andoh

Adjoa Andoh has been with her husband Howard Cunnell for nearly 30 years. They met in 1994 but became an item in late 1995 before getting married in 2001. The couple share two children together born in 1996 and 1997.
Golda Rosheuvel
Relationship status: Married
Golda Resheuval is married and has been with her wife, playwright Shireen Mula, for over 10 years since the early 2010s when they met “the old-fashioned way — at a mate’s party,” as Golda told The Guardian in 2022. Golda always praises Shireen in interviews and how supportive she is. They’re just super in love and it’s really cute.
