The stars of Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage, Montana Jordan and Emily Osment, recently teased what fans can expect from the final episodes of Season 2 — and according to them, viewers should prepare for major surprises before the show heads into Season 3.
At the moment, Georgie and Mandy’s relationship is actually in a pretty stable place. Emily Osment explained that the couple is currently focused on building their family life and raising their daughter together.
While Georgie is working hard to become the “tire king of Texas,” Mandy has started a new job at a rival weather station. Both characters are heavily focused on their careers right now, and surprisingly, that ambition is helping their marriage instead of hurting it.
However, Montana Jordan also hinted that the Season 2 finale will completely shock fans.
The actor said he cannot reveal too much because he does not want to spoil anything, but he confirmed that the ending will set up something huge for Season 3.
Jordan also revealed that Georgie is currently under a lot of pressure and that his world is about to be turned upside down, making the upcoming third season even more interesting.
At the same time, the series appears to be teasing a possible connection between Mary Cooper and Fagenbacher — Georgie’s longtime rival — which could create even more drama moving forward.
The special hour-long Season 2 finale is scheduled to air on May 21 on CBS.
