Fans first met Mike during Season 2 as Jack Sheridan’s longtime Marine friend. Over the years, the character became deeply connected to the show’s emotional storylines, especially through his complicated romance with Brie.
Following the announcement, Marco broke his silence on social media, posting a brief but heartfelt thank-you message to fans.
