Kristen Pushes Sophia Over the Edge — Plus, Jeremy Plants an Unwanted Kiss on Stephanie! pd01

Day03

Wednesday, April 29, 2026: Today on Days of Our Lives, Jeremy says farewell, Alex gets tested, Chanel has an appointment, and Johnny faces the extended wrath of Kristen.

Days of Our Lives Sophia maces Johnny

Lani apologizes to Julie for the chaos that comes with having two kids in the house, but the matriarch is thrilled to have them. Lani packs up the tots with an assist from Julie, planning to meet Chanel and Trey at the aquarium. Meanwhile, told by Chanel to stop focusing on negativity, Johnny slips into handsome hubby mode. They canoodle and make plans in a way that basically screams “trouble ahead!” Sure enough, Chanel soon gets a call saying they can do her mammogram pronto.

Knowing Johnny is working from home, EJ stops by with an update on the plagiarism lawsuit. Turns out Justin wants to prevent Bonnie being “tabloid fodder” and they might be able to make this whole thing go away. The men make plans to spend time together before Stefano’s will reading the next day, and it’s clear this means the world to EJ, who probably shouldn’t count his proverbial chickens before they hatch.

Scrolling social media, Sophia sees the nasty things being written about her. Clutching her head and acting cray-cray, she insists (to herself) she’s not crazy or an evil person. Cue Kristen, bearing a gun and instructions to kill Johnny. Sophia insists she can’t do that because it would just prove the kids at school are right. But Kristen says the best thing the young woman can do is kill Johnny, get her revenge on Holly and then skip town and start a new life. Heck, Kristen might leave Salem herself once she gets revenge on her brother. And Sofia can do that by making sure EJ feels real loss and unrelenting pain. By episode’s end, as Kristen is telling EJ she’s looking forward to tomorrow (and he assumes she’s talking about the will reading), Sophia shows up at Johnny’s, hits him with mace to the face and then knocks him out!

Jeremy Leaves Town

Although grateful for his recent support, she makes it clear: “Nothing can ever happen between us.” Furthermore, she declares that given what happened between them in the past, she could never, ever be with him again. (Say it louder for the people in the back, sweetie!) She takes partial responsibility, saying she let the lines get blurry. And just like that, she realizes that Jeremy is responsible for Joy coming to town with her bundle of… well, joy.

Days of Our Lives Jeremy kisses Stephanie

For a hot second there, I thought maybe Jeremy was on the road to redemption. But the fact that he doesn’t immediately tell Stephanie “Hey, yeah, I knew about Joy and her baby already” shoots that theory down. Worse, as she’s struggling with her emotions, he moves in for a kiss! Horrified, she pulls back. He sputters that she was upset and confused. “And you thought I wanted to kiss you?” she snaps back.

Jeremy doesn’t lie and instead comes clean, saying he truly thought what he was doing was in her best interest. Her eyes blazing, Stephanie makes it 100 percent clear how she feels… and how she doesn’t. “I don’t want you in my life,” she declares. “Not in any way! Do you understand?” He nods, says farewell and that’s that! One quick farewell to Julie and Jeremy’s outta here, searching for something he can have instead of focusing on what he can’t. As for Stephanie, she returns home to tell Alex — who was at the hospital making arrangements for the paternity test — she understands this isn’t a time for blame. They hug, swearing they’ll get through this together.
