Virgin River fans were thrilled to see Brady and Brie finally back together in Season 7 — but the happy moment didn’t last long.
In the latest episodes released on March 12, Brady suffers a terrifying motorcycle accident after failing to notice a construction truck on the road. The incident leaves his fate uncertain as the season comes to an end.
Benjamin Hollingsworth, who plays Brady, joked that the storyline perfectly matches the character’s unlucky history.
“That’s pretty much on par for Brady’s luck,” the 41-year-old actor told Us Weekly. “I guess I just can’t have nice things. I guess Brady just can’t have nice things.”
Although fans are hoping Brady survives, Hollingsworth refused to reveal what happens next. According to the actor, viewers will have to wait until Season 8 to learn the truth.
“I definitely can’t spoil that,” he said. “That’s something the audience will have to wait another year to find out.”
For now, Hollingsworth says he’s simply happy that Brady and Brie finally found their way back to each other — even if the road ahead may not be easy.
