Real-Life Hardships the Big Bang Theory Cast Faced During the Hit Sitcom md14

Although The Big Bang Theory delivered laughs for more than a decade, the actors behind the characters faced several difficult experiences during the show’s run.

Kaley Cuoco survived a serious horseback-riding accident in 2010 that nearly resulted in the loss of her leg. Meanwhile, her real-life breakup with co-star Johnny Galecki created emotional challenges while they continued playing an on-screen couple.

Melissa Rauch also dealt with personal heartbreak when she suffered a miscarriage during the time her character Bernadette was expecting a baby on the show.

The cast experienced another loss when Carol Ann Susi, the voice of Howard Wolowitz’s mother, died in 2014. Her passing deeply affected the entire production team.

The show eventually ended after Jim Parsons chose to leave the series following Season 12. Parsons said personal reflections about life and family helped lead him to the decision.

Despite these hardships, the cast remained professional and continued delivering one of television’s most beloved comedies.
