NCIS: Los Angeles Star Reveals Cancer Diagnosis, Fans Send Support md14

More than a decade after CSI: Miami ended, David Caruso has largely disappeared from Hollywood. The actor, who famously played Horatio Caine in all 232 episodes of the CBS crime drama, retired from acting in 2012 following the show’s cancellation.

Caruso, now 70, has since embraced a much quieter life in Los Angeles, staying mostly out of the public eye. While he occasionally makes rare public appearances — most recently spotted running errands in L.A. — the former TV star has shifted his focus away from the entertainment industry.

Instead, Caruso reportedly spends his time working in the art business and is also linked to a clothing store in South Miami. Despite the controversies that surrounded parts of his earlier career, the actor appears content living a far more private life far from the cameras.
