The April 28 finale, titled “Cecilia,” revisits the murder of Pedro Hernandez, placing Gibbs (Austin Stowell) in jeopardy as the truth resurfaces. To investigate, Military Police officer Lara Macy arrives at Camp Pendleton.
Macy, portrayed by Claire Berger (The Midnight Club), is introduced as an ambitious investigator with keen instincts and a strong sense of justice. The character later becomes SAC of NCIS’ Office of Special Projects in Los Angeles, first appearing in the franchise during NCIS Season 6’s two-part episode “Legend.”
As Lala Dominguez (Mariel Molino) and Mike Franks (Kyle Schmid) work to protect Gibbs, Macy faces a complicated decision — one shaped by the disturbing actions that led Gibbs to avenge his family.
