NCIS: Origins is digging deeper into the franchise’s past — and opening the door to future NCIS: Los Angeles connections.
CBS’ prequel series will cap off its first season with an explosive finale titled “Cecilia,” airing Monday, April 28. The episode centers on a long-buried secret: the murder of Pedro Hernandez, an act that threatens to bring Gibbs (Austin Stowell) to a long-overdue reckoning.
Arriving at the NIS Camp Pendleton office amid the fallout is Lara Macy, a Military Police investigator whose name will be familiar to longtime NCIS fans. Years later in franchise chronology, Macy becomes the Special Agent in Charge of the Office of Special Projects in Los Angeles.
Claire Berger (The Midnight Club) steps into the role for NCIS: Origins, portraying a driven investigator with sharp instincts and a fearless approach to justice. As Lala Dominguez (Mariel Molino) and Mike Franks (Kyle Schmid) attempt to shield Gibbs, Macy faces a difficult decision — especially given the horrific actions that led Gibbs to seek vengeance for his wife and daughter.
