Kaley Cuoco has revealed that her fiancé Tom Pelphrey has never seen The Big Bang Theory, the sitcom that made her famous.
During an appearance on The Graham Norton Show, Cuoco explained that Pelphrey didn’t know much about the show when they first met. The situation became awkward when his mother’s partner repeatedly called Cuoco “Penny,” assuming it was her real name.
Pelphrey later apologized after realizing Penny was the character Cuoco played for 12 seasons. Despite the mix-up, Cuoco confirmed he still hasn’t watched the series.
The actress currently stars in the mystery drama Vanished, where she plays a woman whose partner disappears in Paris. She admitted that filming on a real train was difficult due to her claustrophobia.
Cuoco and Pelphrey met in 2022, became engaged in 2024, and share a young daughter. Cuoco has also shared that sleeping in separate rooms works well for their family due to different schedules.
