Daniela Ruah may be happily married, but when it comes to anniversaries, she and husband David Paul Olson do things a little differently.
The NCIS: Los Angeles actress revealed that instead of celebrating their June wedding anniversary, the couple honors February 8 — the day they first went on a date. With Ruah typically spending summers in Portugal with their children, the earlier date allows them to celebrate together every year.
Ruah also spoke fondly about their family life, raising bilingual children, and keeping her Portuguese roots alive. Introduced by her NCIS: LA co-star Eric Christian Olsen, Daniela says David remains her biggest supporter, especially as she steps into new creative territory with her short film My Type, which is premiering at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival.
