While Netflix has yet to confirm an official release date, Breckenridge’s comments have fueled speculation that Season 7 could arrive sometime in 2025, following Season 6’s December 2024 debut.
The upcoming season also introduces two new characters set to shake up the small town. The Vampire Diaries alum Sara Canning joins as Victoria, a former police officer now working for the state medical board — a role likely to affect Doc’s suspended medical license.
