Virgin River fans finally have an answer. After more than a year off the air, Netflix has confirmed that Season 7 of the hit romantic drama will premiere Thursday, March 12, 2026, with all 10 episodes dropping at once.
The announcement arrived on January 7 alongside a first-look photo of Alexandra Breckenridge and Martin Henderson as newlyweds Mel and Jack — instantly reigniting excitement after Season 6’s cliffhanger-filled finale.
Season 7 picks up after Mel and Jack’s long-awaited wedding, but married life won’t be all smooth sailing. Their potential adoption journey takes center stage, while unresolved drama looms around Charmaine, Doc’s clinic, and the tangled love triangle between Brie, Brady, and Mike.
Most of the core cast is set to return, including Tim Matheson, Annette O’Toole, Colin Lawrence, Zibby Allen, Benjamin Hollingsworth, and Sarah Dugdale. Showrunner Patrick Sean Smith has teased emotional stakes, romantic tension, and deeper small-town drama as Virgin River heads into its next chapter.
