On today’s Young and the Restless (Friday, October 31, 2025), Claire makes her choice once and for all. Furious that Kyle was investigating Holden, she pushes Kyle out of her mind and pulls Holden into her bed. Kyle spends Halloween with Harrison, pining for her, while Sharon’s search for answers about Noah leads her to a stunning secret… And a shocking blast from the past.
Last Episode
On the last episode of Y&R, Jack stormed Newman Ranch and vowed to fight back against Victor, Billy asked Phyllis for help, and Kyle raced home to protect Jabot’s future.
The Abbott Mansion
Harrison runs into the living room, dressed as The Three Little Pigs’ houses. He presents Kyle an award.
Kyle says that Harrison doesn’t need to give him an award. They hug and laugh.
The doorbell rings, and they answer the trick-or-treaters with candy in hand.
A bit later, Kyle heads into the dining room to restock the candy. He thinks back to Holden and Claire in LA.
Harrison notices that his dad is looking a little sad, and figures that Kyle must be missing Claire. He wonders when she’s coming home.
Later, they’re sorting through Harrison’s candy haul in the living room. Kyle says he saw Claire while he was in LA, but he wasn’t able to spend enough time with her. She had some things to figure out while she was there, and Kyle couldn’t miss Halloween, so he came home instead.
Harrison gets his dad to take a selfie of them in costume and asks him to send it to Claire and his mom. He asks if they can have a Halloween party of their own next year… He went to Connor’s, and it was great! He thinks Claire could really make the party amazing.
Kyle laughs and says he has to set some boundaries; he’s let Harrison eat too much candy!
Harrison asks if Claire or Summer has seen the selfie yet, and his dad says they haven’t. Harrison thinks they might be out trick-or-treating… Or they’re at a party!
Kyle lets him know that it’s bedtime.
Harrison protests, asking him to check his phone one more time to see if Claire has seen his picture yet. He hopes she hasn’t met up with the Big Bad Wolf in LA!
Kyle tells him she hasn’t seen it yet, and he hopes she hasn’t met the Big Bad Wolf, either!
After putting Harrison to bed, Kyle starts cleaning up and recalls Claire telling him it was up to him whether he should stay in LA or not.
The Shadow Room
Holden and Claire are attending the nightclub. People in costume mill around, dancing and partying.
Claire’s happy to be there with Holden. He’s shown her such a good time, she can’t imagine it’s going to stop! She wants to have fun!
Holden laughs. “Let’s get this party started!” They dance away to the bar, where Claire orders some shots. They toss them back as Sienna watches from across the room.
Claire wonders if Holden would like to dance.
Holden wants to see her moves.
Sienna comes over and orders them another round on the house. She tells Claire to keep an eye on Holden, he’s trouble! She asks if she can talk to Holden for a minute, and Claire agrees. They head off to the other side of the bar.
Holden asks what’s up, and Sienna tells him that Kyle Abbott was poking around and was asking about him and Claire. She wonders if Holden has an agenda when it comes to her.
Noah’s Hospital Room
Sharon and Nick are at Noah’s bedside. There’s been no improvement so far.
Nick promises that they’ll get to the bottom of what happened with Noah. He tells Sharon to head back to the hotel to get some rest. She protests, but finally agrees and heads out. Nick promises to keep her updated if anything changes.
In the corridor, Sharon looks up the address for The Shadow Room and leaves the hospital.
Nick sits and talks to Noah. He tears up and tells Noah to take as long as he needs to get better. He takes Noah’s hand and tells him he loves him and needs him to come back to them.
The Shadow Room
Holden tells Sienna that Kyle is a nosy S.O.B… He’s a piece of work! He promises that he’s not after anything with Claire and wants to know what Kyle wanted.
Sienna says Kyle wanted to do her a favor, but she won’t tell Holden what it is. She promises not to tell Kyle anything about Holden, but now Holden owes her!
Holden laughs. “You haven’t changed a bit!”
Sharon walks into the club and sees Claire dancing alone. She’s glad to see her and says she needs to talk to the club’s owner… Sienna was one of the last ones to see Noah before his accident, and she has some questions for her!
Claire says that Holden is talking to Sienna. She asks how Noah is.
Sharon says there’s no change. She thinks that family visits are doing him some good and heads off to check on Sienna.
Claire smiles. “Happy Halloween!” She continues dancing.
Holden sees Claire dancing by herself. They lock eyes across the dance floor, and he moves over and they dance together.
Claire smiles and runs her hands over his chest. She asks what Holden and Sienna talked about.
Holden says that Sienna told him that Kyle had come to see her to get dirt on him.
Claire can’t believe it. Kyle refuses to accept any boundaries she sets for him! She stalks over to the bar, pissed off.
Holden follows her to the bar and says that Kyle obviously loves her.
Claire says she’d rather forget that Kyle even exists.
Holden isn’t sure. Maybe she wants to be with Kyle in Genoa City instead of being here with him.
Claire looks into his eyes, steps up close, and kisses him passionately.
Holden kisses her back and asks if she’s sure about what she’s doing.
Claire smiles and says she’s sure. She grabs his hand and they leave the club, laughing.
Sharon finds Sienna and tells her that she needs her help. She explains that she’s Noah’s mother.
Sienna says she can’t tell her anything she didn’t tell Nick.
Sharon thinks Noah seemed troubled when she spoke to him on the phone… Did Sienna notice anything about Noah’s state of mind?
Sienna says that Noah seemed to be excited about opening the club. He’d visited Mitch in their club in London about three months ago, and then Noah came to LA a short time later.
Sharon is surprised. Why didn’t Noah tell her about coming to LA months ago? She wonders if she can talk to Mitch.
Sienna says Mitch is out of town and will be returning sometime that night, but promises to let Sharon know when he’s available. She heads off to do some work.
Claire’s Hotel Room
Claire and Holden arrive in her hotel room, and she pours herself a glass of sparkling water. “Why am I so thirsty?”
Holden grins and says she worked herself up on the dance floor.
Claire says she wants to keep her head clear for whatever happens next.
Holden asks if she’s tired.
Claire smiles. “Not at all.” They kiss passionately and tenderly.
Their clothes start coming off, and Holden asks if she’s sure about this. Claire’s shirt drops to the floor. “Does this answer your question?”
They fall onto the bed, and passion ensues!
The Shadow Room
Sharon calls Nick and tells him that she’s at The Shadow Room and spoke to Sienna to get some answers about Noah. She thinks Sienna is hiding something and thinks Mitch and Sienna know something about Noah getting run off the road.
Nick agrees. Sienna knows more than she’s told them!
Sharon says she’s asked to talk to Mitch. She says that Noah has been to LA more than once to see Mitch and Sienna over the past few months.
Nick tells Sharon they can go back to the club together tomorrow. He tells her to head home and get some rest.
Sharon says she’ll go back to the hotel if Mitch doesn’t show up soon. They need to find out who did this to their son! She promises to call him when she gets back to the hotel and disconnects the call.
As she’s turning around, she bumps into someone… She apologizes for bumping into him and then does a double take. “Matt Clark?!”

Mitch/Matt meets with Holden and Claire.
Nick tells Sharon he needs to see Matt Clark for himself.
Noah is out of his coma, and the bandages come off!
