Fire Country Season 4 Episode 2 Preview: New Dangers, Old Wounds, and One Unthinkable Choice md11

Station 42 gets a first taste of its newest battalion chief on Fire Country Season 4 Episode 2, “Not a Stray.”

After a season premiere that turned everyone’s worlds upside down, the changes continue. Battalion Chief Richards is beginning his reign, and already intends to waste no time reinventing Station 42 to his liking.

Per the episode description, Richard’s leading style will be put to the test right off the bat. He’ll have to work to learn his new team while navigating a risky wildfire, and mold them into the figurative machine he wants moving forward.

Not only that, but he’ll have to dodge Sharon’s attitude and angry remarks. It’s abundantly clear that she thinks his presence is an offense to Vince’s memory, and it’s not likely she’ll give up on finding a way to get rid of him. Well, that, or she’ll make his life a living hell.

With a new person in charge, Bode and Jake will have to decide if they wish to keep their fight alive or squash it to join forces against the new chief.

The more progressive move would be to get over their differences, but we all know how these two can be. Hopefully, they aren’t at odds for the majority of the season.

Here’s everything you need to know about this episode, including the air date, cast, promo, and how to watch.
