After Everything Will Be Released On Demand Next Month
The fifth and final installment in the After franchise announces its on demand release.
The love story between Tessa Young and Hardin Scott finally comes to an end in After Everything, the fifth and final installment of the teen saga based on the books by Anna Todd, which were born from the popular story she published on the social media platform known as Wattpad. After a stormy story that went through as much drama as possible, After Everything has already played out on the big screen, and now is making its way to on demand on October 3.
This new chapter centers on Hardin trying to find a new direction after his breakup with Tessa and while suffering from writer’s block. In the midst of his crisis, he travels to Portugal to find a woman he hurt in the past, realizing that to get Tessa back he needs to change and finally improve. You can check out the trailer for After Everything below:
Directed by Castille Landon, After Everything stars Hero Fiennes Tiffin, Josephine Langford, Mimi Keene, Benjamin Mascolo, Louise Lombard and Stephen Moyer.
The first film was released in 2019, named After. The first sequel, After We Collided, came out in 2020, followed by After We Fell in 2021 and After Ever Happy in 2022, all following the chronology of Todd’s books. Additionally, in 2015, the author published a prequel novel called Before, which begins before Tessa appears in Hardin’s life, in addition to providing new details of their relationship and how it evolves over the years.
Josephine Langford Is Ready to Move on From After
Josephine Langford, the sister of 13 Reasons Why star Katherine Langford, practically began her career with the After saga. And although she has been part of other projects while still being part of the franchise, such as the Netflix teen drama Moxie, there is no doubt that Tessa Young is a character that will mark her career.
Now that the story has come to an end, the actress is ready to move on and face new challenges. Sticking with the romantic genre, but with much less drama, she is ready to star in The Other Zoey, Amazon Studios’ new romantic comedy. In the film she plays the titular character, a college student who wants to challenge conventional ideas about love and romantic relationships. She suddenly finds herself involved in a huge misunderstanding when a football player loses his memory and mistakes her for his girlfriend.
While she pretends to be the love of his life, she begins to develop true feelings towards the boy, but also towards his cousin, with whom she has a lot in common. So, eventually, she will have to deal with the truth and face her own feelings, choosing one of the two. The film also stars Outer Banks’ Drew Starkey, Shadow and Bone’s Archie Renaux, WeCrashed’s Mallori Johnson, Better Call Saul’s Patrick Fabian, The Stand’s Heather Graham, and Four Weddings and a Funeral’s Andie MacDowell.
