The end of the line might be close with only a few episodes of FBI: Most Wanted left, but the Fugitive Task Force was created with the sole purpose of hunting down criminals and that will continue to the very end. A couple of barred doors and a missing mayor are in the crosshairs of the Fugitive Task Force, and there will be no stopping the team on this one. CBS has not released an official logline for the upcoming episode yet, but the network has released a sneak peek for FBI: Most Wanted Season 6, Episode 20, “Trash Bag”, airing Tuesday, May 6, at 10 p.m. ET.
The clip below unveils the state of affairs that Remy (Dylan McDermott) and his team will face when the show returns. It begins with the revelation that Mayor Yang, in a bid to evade capture by the FBI, has faked her own kidnapping. A genius idea, if Remy and his crew fall for it, that is. In response to that, the clip shows the FBI raiding a house, guns drawn, breaching ram in hand and, upon entry, they discover a body on the ground and someone on top of it. As the clip winds up, Remy doesn’t seem pleased with the situation, saying, “We got one dead federal agent, a mayor who’s been kidnapped, and they’re still serving breakfast at Mickey De’s.”
While there is no official logline for ‘Trash Bag,” as yet, CBS has already set the series finale date for May 20. “The Fugitive Task Force hunts down a rogue government operative planning a domestic terror attack,” reads the logline for FBI: Most Wanted Season 6, Episode 22, “The Circle Game.” Despite decent ratings, the show was recently cancelled won’t return for Season 7.
