Golden Bachelor stars Theresa and Gerry are back from their honeymoon, but Theresa’s daughter Jen has been giving fans a closer look inside their wedding.
Golden Bachelor’s Gerry Turner and Theresa Nist have returned from their honeymoon days after tying the knot on national television, but Theresa’s daughter Jen is still reliving the Golden Wedding.
Ever since the highly anticipated nuptials, Jen has been giving her followers on Instagram a behind-the-scenes look at the days leading up to the wedding as well as inside glimpses into the special day and the days that have followed.
On January 6, she posted snaps from the wedding, with the couple’s blended family posing with them on the happy day.
She captioned the series of photos with: “but really, how is this real life?!”
Tons of behind-the-scenes moments were posted on Sunday, the first of which showed three hilarious pictures of Gerry posing and making faces with Theresa’s grandsons.
Then, Jen gave fans more behind-the-scenes photos from Gerry and Theresa’s rehearsal dinner and gave a shout-out to wedding planner Mindy Weiss.
Next came a snap of Theresa surrounded by her new daughters and Jen while pulling up her dress strap after the ceremony.
She wrote: “whoopsie,” referring to her mother’s wardrobe malfunction.
Another post saw a video taken by Theresa of her grandsons saying kind words to the newlyweds at the reception, which was also decorated immaculately.
Then, Jen posted a photo of herself with her son Henry, who was the ring bearer, sitting down at the ceremony.
She wrote: “Henry did a great job as ring bearer (was very interested in the dollar value of @neillanecouture rings in his possession haha).”
On Monday, Jen posted a “dreamy” photo of Gerry and Theresa in their wedding garb and a hilarious behind the scenes video of how the dance floor looked at the reception once all the cameras went away.
She captioned the video with: “I didn’t take this video but the fun of watching lifelong friends dancing with (against?) Bachelor peeps we’ve watched on tv for years… freakin love it.”
Then a series of four posts came giving even more detail into the wild couple of days.
Part 1 saw snaps of Theresa with her daughter and daughter-in-law, the venue’s views, and the rehearsal.
Part 2’s pictures showed the family taking photos before the cameras came in for the wedding.
Part 3 featured photos of Jen at the reception, Gerry and Theresa touching foreheads while dancing, and a video of their extremely golden four-tier wedding cake, which then panned to a packed dance floor.
In the video, Charity Lawson and new Bachelor Joey Graziadei were seen talking by the bar on some couches while holding drinks.
Another photo showed Gerry and Theresa cutting their impressive cake.
Part 4 showed the blended family’s California adventure post-wedding.
Nearly every snap had spectacular views of mountains in the background.
If the Golden Wedding didn’t leave an impression on fans and viewers, it surely did on Gerry, Theresa, their family, and all their wedding guests who showed up to support them.
