Chicago P.D. Season 13 will premiere on Wednesday, October 1, at 10/9c on NBC.
Is anyone leaving Chicago P.D. after Season 12?
Toya Turner will not be returning as Officer Kiana Cook in Season 13. “I’m grateful for the time I had bringing Kiana to life. Thank you to everyone who welcomed me so warmly,” she said in a statement. Deadline first reported the news.
In addition to Turner’s exit from the “One Chicago“ franchise, Fire is saying goodbye to Daniel Kyri‘s Ritter and Jake Lockett‘s Carver at the end of its current 13th season. And according to Deadline‘s report that includes the P.D. renewal, “other One Chicago departures are possible” so we’ll have to stay tuned to see if Intelligence loses anyone.

In July 2025, it was reported that The Night Agent star Arienne Mandi was added to the cast as a series regular as Chicago P.D. officer Naomi Kerr, a former soldier and military contractor who keeps herself guarded.
How did Chicago P.D. Season 12 end?
Burgess and Ruzek did get married in the finale. Meanwhile, Voight took down — and orchestrated the murder of — the corrupt Reid (Shawn Hatosy), seemingly allowing for Intelligence to get back to work after the deputy chief attempted to disband it.
Is there a Chicago P.D. Season 13 trailer?
Not yet. It’s too early, and filming hasn’t started yet.
