Talk about a throwback. Hero was just 11 years old when he played the young boy in the orphanage practicing dark arts; Tom Riddle. It was 2009, “Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince” Hero portrayed Tom in a scene where he first meets Albus Dumbledore. Of course, we know now that Tom Riddle is Voldemort, but what you may not know is that Ralph Fiennes, who plays grown Voldemort, is also Hero’s Uncle.
Fast Forward to an older Hero FT, Dolce & Gabbana 2018. This campaign was known for its millennial and Gen Z obsession. Featuring a group of young male models alongside Hero, like Jude Law’s son Rafferty Law, singer/songwriter Austin Mahone, and Pamela Anderson, and Tommy Lee’s son Brandon Thomas Lee.
Dolce & Gabbana’s 2018 spring campaign, shot in Venice. The cast, as in previous print ads, stands in front of well-known landmarks and in public areas. In this case, Saint Mark’s Basilica and the city’s well-known canals, with actual citizens and tourists dotted across the backgrounds.
One of the chosen few who attended the debut of Kim Jones’ Dior Spring/Summer 2022 collection was Hero Fiennes Tiffin. In recent years, he has solidified his status with the company as he also attended Jones’ Dior Fall 2020 show in Miami with Kim Kardashian, Evan Mock, and David Beckham.
The young actor dressed casually for the show, which featured a collaboration with Travis Scott’s Cactus Jack brand, playing into his own laid-back aesthetic. The ensemble included a slim-fit pair of pants and a pastel-pink hoodie with a Dior logo on it.
Fiennes-Tiffin played the lead role in Salvatore Ferragamo’s fragrance campaign, which was captured by photographer Gordon von Steiner in 2020. The After actor, then 22, had just taken home the 2019 Teen Choice Award for “Choice Drama Movie Actor” for his performance in the movie After.
The fragrance itself was simply known as Ferragamo. It is one of the most popular men’s colognes that The House of Ferragamo makes. With top notes of Bergamot and Sage, it is very soft and aromatic.
The Fountain of Neptune, which Ferragamo has recently assisted in restoring as a token of his thanks to the city of Florence, served as the show’s spectacular backdrop. The colors of the collection were muted pastel. It was truly beautiful. The show started with the lightest tints and faded into the darkest shades as the models progressed down the runway.
This past October Hero made the cover of Hero Magazine. That couldn’t be more perfect. He was interviewed for the magazine primarily due to the recent heartthrob status he has achieved. He also talked about his movies. That being the collection of them that he has recently done, and those yet to come out.
In 2017 Hero took part in the ERDEM X H&M campaign, The Secret Life of Flowers. That included clothing as well as a short film. The short film was directed by Baz Luhrmann. In the short film, Hero wanders through a magnificent countryside estate. He ends up falling for his best friend’s sister, who is also fabulously dressed, it’s a whole thing. It really shows how versatile Hero can be, jumping from modeling to movie and back again.
The magazine interviews Hero on playing football, his roles in movies, and being a role model himself. Hero says, “It’s been an acceptance of the responsibility that comes with acting that I didn’t sign up for. Just being conscious of your actions and the fact that younger people are following your footsteps, it’s a subtle tweak you make mentally. I definitely do feel it but I don’t feel a pressure or obligation, it just feels like the right thing to do.” Hero had an extensive photo shoot that took place for Man About Town. He was photographed in Lous Vuitton, Fendi, and Toms to name a few.
