The duo reportedly has a simple reason for living apart despite their marriage
The Golden Bachelor star shared a clip on her Instagram Stories on Friday after news broke that she was living apart from her husband.
Theresa, 70, shared a video from an evening out at a restaurant.
The reality television star was joined by her husband, Gerry Turner, 72, along with some friends and other stars from the dating franchise.
The group seemed to have finished their meal, and paused to smile widely as a camera panned over them.
On the left side of the table, Theresa and Gerry sat close together.
Theresa looked chic with her brunette hair in a sleek middle part, and subtle, natural makeup.
The finance expert wore a ruffly blouse teamed with jeans and a jacket, and leaned into her husband behind her.
Gerry, who looked suave in a shirt and three-quarter zip fleece, smiled at the camera as he rested his arm behind his wife.
The couple later attended the official launch of Hulu on Disney in Los Angeles, where once again Theresa held her man tight.
Theresa and Gerry’s reunion comes amid fan fears for their relationship, after the news that they were living apart.
Theresa was spotted looking somber on Monday while leaving work in her home of New Jersey.
While Theresa was spotted looking downcast, Gerry was hundreds of miles away in Indiana, where he has remained living since the marriage.
The duo has chosen to keep their own homes and lives, rather than take on the “time-consuming” task of moving in together, according to TMZ.
However, the outlet reported that the couple was happy with their unorthodox setup, and still frequently travel to spend time together.
Theresa and Gerry may also consider moving to South Carolina together, meeting in the middle and taking them close to some of Theresa’s family.
Theresa and Gerry got together in front of millions of viewers on The Golden Bachelor.
Gerry chose Theresa during last season’s dramatic season finale, which saw him choose her over Leslie Fhima, 65.
The duo then got married on January 4, with plenty of their co-stars attending the wedding.
Theresa shared some shots from the big day on Instagram, showing herself in a skintight mermaid white dress and a knee-length veil.
Gerry stood in a navy suit beside her, with the duo being snapped sharing a kiss after their vows.
“We want to thank those of you who loved and supported us throughout this journey,” she wrote alongside the photos.
“It was an absolutely magical night, beyond our wildest dreams. We lived in the moment and enjoyed every bit of it. Thank you @mindyweiss for making our wedding so incredibly beautiful.
“Thank you to our families and friends for being there with us. Thank you to the production team who have become family.”
Despite their long-distance relationship, they’ve made their love clear on social media, often sharing snaps from their romantic outings.
