Jake Lockett is officially a married man! The Chicago Fire actor recently eloped with his fiancée, actress Dominique Domingo, in a beautifully intimate ceremony surrounded by the lush landscape of Kauai, Hawaii.
The couple exchanged vows on June 18 in a secluded cove near Kalihiwai Falls, a breathtaking two-tiered waterfall on the island’s north shore. They chose to let nature be the décor, with towering trees, vibrant greenery, and blooming flowers creating a peaceful, organic backdrop.
“We wanted the vibe to be serene, intimate, and peaceful — and that’s exactly what it was,” Dominique told People. “Mother Nature handled it all.”
🌊 A Full-Circle Moment by the Waterfall
The choice of location held special meaning for Jake. Months before meeting Dominique, he had written a song about his future love — alone at the base of a waterfall in Yellowstone National Park.
“I wrote a song asking her to stay true and wait for me,” Jake shared. “So marrying by a waterfall brought everything full circle.”

Only their parents, photographer Ashley Uptain, and videographer Zac Ramos were present — a decision the couple made to keep the day focused on each other.
“Anything bigger would’ve taken our attention away from what truly mattered,” Jake explained.
The couple incorporated water and earth elements into the ceremony as symbols of purification and unity. They held ocean water in a bowl while their families offered blessings through touch and intention. A Hawaiian ti leaf was used to bless the space around them.
The earth element included sand from the Mexican beach where Jake proposed in January, combined with sand from Kauai. The couple poured their individual jars of sand into one shared vessel at the end of the ceremony — a gesture symbolizing their union.

Jake wore a custom Irish linen suit by KERCHER, lined with Hawaiian floral print and embroidered with their wedding date under the collar.
Dominique stunned in a “sexy yet sophisticated” white gown by Maggie Sottero, featuring a flowing train and elegant matching veil — the perfect look for a naturally radiant celebration.
