A new clip of the Queen Charlotte prequel series was revealed at Netflix’s TUDUM, and you can watch it now.
You can watch a first look video of Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story, a Bridgerton prequel series that explores the origin stories of the titular ruler. The show features India Amarteifio as a young Queen Charlotte and centers on her rise to prominence and power. The sneak peek clip was revealed at the special fan event TUDUM and you can now watch it below.
The show also features Golda Rosheuvel (Queen Charlotte), Adjoa Andoh (Lady Agatha Danbury), and Ruth Gemmell (Lady Violet Bridgerton) reprising their roles from Bridgerton. Also starring are Michelle Fairley (Gangs of London) as Princess Augusta, Corey Mylchreest (The Sandman) as Young King George, and Arsema Thomas (television debut) as Young Agatha Danbury. Other cast members included are Sam Clemmett as Young Brimsley, Freddie Dennis (The Nevers) as Reynolds, Richard Cunningham (The Witcher) as Lord Bute, Tunji Kasim (Nancy Drew) as Adolphus, Rob Maloney (Casualty) as the Royal Doctor, Cyril Nri (Cucumber) as Lord Danbury, and Hugh Sachs (Bridgerton Seasons 1 & 2) as Brimsley (older).

Centered on Queen Charlotte’s rise to prominence and power, this Bridgerton-verse prequel tells the story of how the young Queen’s marriage to King George sparked both a great love story and a societal shift, creating the world of the Religion inherited by the characters in Bridgerton .
A Sneak Peek at Season 3 of Bridgerton Was Also Revealed
Also revealed at TUDUM was a sneak peek of arrangements at the third season of Bridgerton. Netflix released a video teasing season 3’s premiere episode, titled “Out of the Shadows,” which is written by Jess Brownell and directed by Tricia Brock. The video features Luke Newton, Claudia Jessie, and Nicola Coughlan as they read the opening lines from the script for episode 301.
“Dearest gentle reader,” the dialogue states. “We’ve been apart for far too long. At last, London’s smart set has made its return, and so too has this author. As the season begins, the question on everyone’s mind, of course, is, which newly minted debutante will shine the brightest. The crop this year proves to be rather dazzling indeed. Not every young lady can attract the light.”
