From TV Darling to Mystery: How This ‘90s Sitcom Star Changed Beyond Recognition

Home Improvement star Debbe Dunning is nearly unrecognizable in personal photos over 25 years after the beloved ’90s sitcom was canceled.

For those who tuned into the ABC series, Dunning, 58, played Heidi Keppert, the “Tool Time” girl. Home Improvement aired for eight seasons before its cancellation in 1999.

Dunning starred alongside Tim Allen‘s Tim “The Tool Man” Taylor and Richard Karn‘s Al Borland in the fictional show-in-a-show. Heidi was known for her bombshell looks and energetic personality in the series.

Today, Dunning is a divorced mom of three. She welcomed a daughter, Spencer, and sons, Stoney and Sysco, with her ex-husband, former pro volleyball player Steve Timmons, to whom she was married from 1997 to 2018.

Although Heidi was always in full hair and makeup in Home Improvement, Dunning has shared personal photos on her Instagram grid with minimal or no makeup, rendering her nearly unidentifiable.

Additionally, Dunning is super fit these days. She has shared videos and pictures of her enviably sculpted muscles and intense workouts on Instagram.

Dunning looks amazing, right? Did you recognize her?
