True Detective star Kali Reis has joined the cast for 12 12 12, a “daring” heist series from Apple TV+.
As per Deadline, Reis – who played Evangeline Navarro in True Detective: Night Country – will appear alongside the previously announced Anthony Mackie, Jamie Dornan and Jack Kesy in the series, which is said to depict three separate stages of an “epic” bank raid.
As per the logline, 12 12 12 follows a “disgraced FBI agent (Mackie) and a career criminal (Dornan) who play a zero-sum game of cat and mouse across Europe. At the centre of it all is the daring, epic raid on a bank vault deep beneath the streets of Zurich.”
The title reportedly refers to the three timelines of the film – the 12 months prior to the heist, the 12 hours of the heist, and the 12 days after – providing the backbone of the narrative.

Created and written by Dudi Appleton and Jim Keeble, Mackie and Dornan are both set to serve as executive producers alongside Kari Skogland, with the latter also slated to direct the pilot episode.

“It’s completely different. There’s different characters, [a] different setting, [a] different story – and I’m enjoying it like crazy.”
