Power Play: Jamie Dornan’s Impressive Arm Strength Leaves Fans in Awe — Lucky Anastasia!

His hotly anticipated film Fifty Shades Of Grey comes out next weekend.

And Jamie Dornan only seems to be building excitement for the flick’s steamy scenes, as the 32-year-old actor showed off his extremely sculpted physique on Twitter Tuesday.

‘With the boys @Ironfit_tv down @T13 . Gave them 2 seconds to take this picture before I collapsed & cried . #ironfit,’ the British hunk wrote with the impressive snap of himself.

Jamie’s bulging biceps are hard to miss in the athletic image that captures his extreme upper body strength as he completes a bent-arm planche plank.

The Marie Antoinette actor is seen propping himself up and carrying his entire body weight – solely with his arms. He’s clad in a black T-shirt, matching tracksuit trousers and Nike trainers.

Though looks suggest otherwise, Jamie previously told The Guardian that he stays in shape naturally.

‘I could eat 10 packs of Hula Hoops a day and not think about it,’ the father-of-one revealed.

Yet, he did tone up a little for his forthcoming role as Christian Grey.

‘He’s pretty obsessive about staying in shape and exercise. It’s a big part of who he is. So we had to work on that,’ Jamie said of his character during a past discussion with Details.

‘But, you know, I came into the game quite late with it, so I probably would have liked a little more time to sort of get in peak shape but we did what we could do with the time we had.’

Fifty Shades Of Grey is based on the very popular 2011 erotic novel of the same name written by EL James, which is known for its explicit scenes involving bondage, dominance and BDSM.

There is quite a buzz about the big screen version as the raunchy flick has been named the fastest-selling R-rated movie in Fandango’s history, Variety reported earlier this month.

The film also stars Dakota Johnson, Rita Ora, Marcia Gay Harden, Jennifer Ehle, Max Martini, Luke Grimes and Sloise Mumford and is set to hit cinemas around the globe on Valentine’s Day.
