Theresa Nist has been spotted just six days after marrying the knot with Golden Bachelor Gerry Turner in a glitzy televised special looking far from elated.
She dubbed the Golden Wedding the “night of her dreams” showing off pictures of her cake, dress and the the buzzing dance floor.
The 70-year-old The Golden Bachelor newlywed looked downcast as she left work in New Jersey after returning to her 9-5 job in financial services. It came after fans claimed to spot “proof” Gerry and Theresa’s romance is “fake”.
A body language expert analyzed the images in a Daily Express US exclusive, and said: “Teresa looks anything but the besotted, ecstatic bride here in some of the first body language poses since she hit our screens where she is not smiling as widely and coyly as possible.
“She looks downcast and the deep lines etched at the sides of her mouth make her appear unhappy before she dips her head in a cut-off gesture to hide her expression and face from the cameras.
“There is even a hint of anger or tension in these poses. Her lower jaw seems to jut and her hands are curled into what look like fists.”
Theresa said ‘I do’ with her dashing groom, 72, in front of millions of TV viewers.
The couple found love on ABC’s first series of The Golden Bachelor and exchanged vows after a whirlwind romance.
The cameras rolled at the luxury La Quinta Resort, in Palm Springs, during an idyllic on January 4 wedding ceremony.
They then spent New Year’s Eve partying together at NYC’s Times Square.
